Respect one another
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
Sharing info welcomed but not Promotions or Spam
Give more than you take. Self-promotion, spam & irrelevant links aren't allowed. Commercial solicitation is prohibited. As a non profit, it is expected persons sharing info will support the mission.
Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
Language guidelines
Profane, defamatory, offensive or violent language will not be tolerated.
Respectful Dialogue
All opinions will be treated with mutual respect unless they violate the group rules, then they will be removed and member warned and/or removed
NO Trolling allowed
Anyone who deliberately tries to disrupt, attack, offend or generally cause trouble within our group by posting certain comments, photos, videos, GIFs etc is considered trolling and will be removed.
Advertisement Guidelines
To keep PWT content based refrain from advertisements of any other group/website/blog without approval from admin. Promoting competing products, services, brands or personal promotion is not allowed.
Think Before You Post, HIPAA applies here too
This is the internet. What goes up can never really come down. Please do not write anything that infringes on the policy of HIPAA and/or the policies of your institution of employment.
PWT is a closed group - No Screen Shots etc
Do not screen shot any conversations or pictures to use in discussion with other groups or non-PWT members without permission from admin and the poster. This is a closed group for a reason.
